Ours is a multi-disciplinary firm handling varied building and interior typologies. Over the years, the core competence of the firm has always been Architectural Designing. The Client thus gets the best of both worlds, namely, the quality assurance and the latest know-how from specialist consultants and the convenience of having us as a one-point contact.

RAHUL MANOHAR
Principal Architect
The firm has been founded by Ar. Rahul Manohar who, after graduating from Sir. J J College of Architecture (Mumbai), has been practicing from Mumbai since 1993. Prior to 2015, he was with Patell Batliwala Manohar & Associates where he had the privilege and honour to have been mentored by the Late Master Architect Mr. Rustam B J Patell (Fellow of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation – USA). He has also been fortunate to have been guided by his father, Late Architect Madhav S. Manohar to tackle the intricacies of Project Management, Local Authority Regulations & Client Interaction.
Architect Rahul Manohar also takes an active interest in Academia and has been a part of the Visiting Faculty for Architectural Design at Rachana Sansad’s Academy of Architecture at Mumbai since 2009.
MANASI SHIRODKAR
Associate Architect
An alumni of Mumbai’s Academy of Architecture, Manasi has been with the firm since 2020 and is well versed with all disciplines from schematics to tendering to working drawings to handing-over documentation. She is multi-faceted and has handled a varied range of projects including residential interiors, auditoriums, commercial spaces and institutional projects.
