Occupying one of the prime plots in the business district of Belapur, this multi-use development houses currency storage vaults, note examination sections, a banking hall and office spaces. Each facility has been separated floor-wise with a dominating built-form befitting India’s primary central bank. An annexe building accommodates support & allied facilities.

The office situated in one of the prime business precincts of Mumbai was spread over five floors and comprised of varying sizes of workstations, meeting rooms, cabins & a cafeteria. The project was one with multiple challenges due to the structural reinforcement needed for the old building, the addition of an external fire-escape staircase and retro-fitting an elevator within the central staircase well.
