The office situated in one of the prime business precincts of Mumbai was spread over five floors and comprised of varying sizes of workstations, meeting rooms, cabins & a cafeteria. The project was one with multiple challenges due to the structural reinforcement needed for the old building, the addition of an external fire-escape staircase and retro-fitting an elevator within the central staircase well.

Located on the 75th floor of Lodha Marquise in Lodha Park, one of Mumbai’s iconic residential developments, the original layout comprised of one 4BHK and one 3BHK apartment side-by-side. The layout was opened-up to form one large 4BHK apartment. Super-sized living-dining areas, master bedroom and kitchen give a sense of an independent bungalow. A dedicated study & bar, a puja room, dry balconies, two servants rooms and adequate store areas complete this abode in the skies.
