The stilts and 22 floor tower houses forty spacious apartments for the senior faculty of the Institute of Chemical Technology. The strategic location of the tower enables unobstructed views of the campus and surrounding areas from all the apartments. Thoughtful inclusions like dedicated balconies to all living rooms, dry balconies for clothes drying and utilities provide a practical and lifestyle value addition. The refuge areas are planned with crèche facilities and a medical centre.

Sitting on top of a picturesque, gradually sloping terrain overlooking a serene countryside and perennial lake, the design takes inspiration from the site and envisages 10 lake-facing suites and 4 garden-facing rooms with large decks, dedicated walk-in wardrobes and tastefully appointed attached washrooms. Rustic themed spas, massage rooms, a games room and an infinity pool have been planned for laid-back relaxation. Two multi-cuisine fine dining restaurants complete the ultimate holiday experience.
