TAJ INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL

This landmark hotel development comprised construction of the new tower block along with addition of a floor in the heritage wing. Interiors were designed in collaboration with Ar. Dale Keller

JAMSHED BHABHA THEATRE

One of the most sought-after venues in the country, this theatre has elaborate stage facilities with multiple lighting options, movable music shell, flying scenery and backdrops. This is the only theatre in the country with a motorised orchestra pit for about 140 musicians. The foyer is embellished with a grand marble staircase from the Victorian era.


TATA THEATRE

The Concept Design of this theatre was done by Ar. Philip Johnson of the USA and the Acoustical Design by the legendary Prof. Cyril Harris. This distinctive fan shaped auditorium combines the intimate ambiance of a small-scale venue with the splendour of a full scale arena. A revolving stage, brilliant acoustics and a foyer with breath-taking views of the Arabian Sea make this a venue of choice for both, performers and the audience.


NCPA APARTMENT BUILDING

Located on one of the most prime residential plots in the country, this 22-storey tower comprises of luxurious 3 and 4BHK apartments. Unobstructed views of the Marine Drive and the Arabian Sea coupled with high-quality construction and well-appointed amenity spaces makes this one of the most expensive re-sale properties even today.

INDIAN EMBASSY

This iconic pyramidical structure comprises of the main offices of the Indian Government Officials along with an auditorium, conference spaces and administrative areas. A sky-lit central atrium provides light into the interiors and serves as a common concourse area for varied functions.
